Perfect with Home PC
Pros: Great for sync with documents, calendar, inbox. Very simple to use and great stylus. Love to travel with this.
Cons: Internal memory not suitable to run more than 2 programs.

Memory Sucks
Pros: Outlook compliant, cool design, video player, easier to use with windows than palm
Cons: Memory sucks, cant run video with out spitting out error messages, almost no program memory. If you are considering this i would not reccomend it to you if you use lots of video or music.

Too little bang/much buck
Pros: I do kinda like the Jornada-like looks, and HP desperately needed a WM2003SE PDA on the market.
Cons: So many: No wireless, little memory, high price, low build quality, no removeable battery, slow processor. This is a major evolutionary step backwards from the 1940...for the exact same price.

It kept hanging from the day I used it, and the LCD broke down soon after. Online support? Forget it. HP never bothers to read your mail properly, then gives you half a reply. It would do that a couple of times and then never reply you at all. Sent it in for repair. Hp sent it back repaired but chipped in two places on the front cover. You would expect HP to do the right thing and replace the cover. No, the staff kept quiet, hoping you wouldn't notice. I called in twice to complain. They never bothered to return my call to find out what was wrong. The product is bad. Aftersales service is abusive and atrocious. Buy HP? Never again. This is one experience I will never forget and will never tire of sharing.1 out of 2 users found this user opinion helpful.

Summary: I bought this model for my son to play games, donwload songs and use the internet but was unable to play any downloaded games or even open the Windows Media Player!! I saved the games to a 256MB Wi-Fi SD card but it kept saying that it needed at least 6MB of RAM to play them???? The built in software took most of the RAM (29MB) so now what !!
I tried to find an answer in HP's website but had no luck. I am disapointed and very sorry that I purchased this PDA.
